Feedback required for IT jobs site

We've reached a stage , where we are crawling over 100 job sites . New and regular users use the site to quickly gauge the latest IT jobs across the UK , rather than going to every jobs site.

We would like to hear feedback on the usability of the site. We're working on a number of user interactive features, but we would like is some useful comments regarding the effectiveness of the site. Check ITjobfeed , and use the feedback form to reply.

Student IT jobs

There are many opportunities for students to gain IT experience. We've just added a new section, Student IT jobs  , there is a plethora of possibilities. Have a look around  on Student IT jobs, some positions are unpaid or for very little renumeration, but the reality is that if you are just starting in an IT career , hands - on is critical.

Google Coop and ITjobfeed

We've just added the Google Coop module on ITjobfeed . The basic idea is if you are interested in IT jobs , subscribe to the coop module . Everytime certain tigger terms are used , such as SAP jobs , the Subscribed link will augment your Google results .

Go to ITjobfeed tools , click on the "Add my expertise" button and you can subscribe.

Advertise on ITjobfeed.com

Last month ITjobfeed.com had over 60,000 unique visitors . ITjobfeed.com is a search engine for all UK IT Jobs, across multiple IT job sites / employers and recruiters.

If you are a job site , employer or recruiter , you can now advertise  . Apart from a free listing , you have 2 options. Option 1 - Sponsored link  and Option 2 - Banner advertising.

Email It

We've added a new feature today on ITjobfeed, Email It. You can now email  a UK IT job, to either yourself or a colleague.

This was implemented at the request of some users , who wanted a record of the jobs, to then read them later on .

Feedback for ITjobfeed

We've got the feeds working nicely, currently 59 feeds . We're starting to focus on user experience/value for ITjobfeed. For example , we've set up an Email Alerts . But we want to set up more real-time functionality, i.e as the job is posted , make the job seeker aware .
